One of the main features of this space that needed an uplift were the wooden doors. In order to make the overall space more inviting, all of the existing wooden doors were replaced with sleek, modern, fully framed ZONA 1 doors and sidelights. These premium doors are produced locally and customized to fit the existing case openings.

ZONA’s elegant doors provide access to natural light and acoustic control. Being fully framed, slim but strong, and designed with 50% thicker aluminum profiles for unmatched rigidity.

This ZONA 1 door helps to maintain a visual connection to the main space while providing an additional avenue for natural light to enter and brighten the conference room.

With a multitude of finishes available, customizability is easily achieved. Showing a beautiful contrast to the crisp white doors is the brilliant hardware by Rixson in “bright brass” finish. A variety of levers and locking hardware were specified for the four doors installed in the showroom, with the hardware shining like jewels throughout the area.

The door sweep at the bottom helps to provide acoustic privacy and prevents light leak.

While the case moldings appear to have originated in this space, they are actually new and installed a week before the doors. This traditional meet modern approach blends the past with the present while maintaining the existing architectural integrity.

Adjacent to the conference room is a break out room for smaller, private meetings. The ZONA door and sidelight dress up the entrance with access to plenty of natural light from the frosted glass inset, allowing the space to remain bright when the door is closed.

Enter the large private office. This tranquil sanctuary features a ZONA door with lockable hardware, outfitted with key in front and thumb turn on the back.
