The amenities space features Silverstein’s INSPIRE Your Day Program, offering a unique lifestyle and wellness experience for tenants. The hospitality focused program also includes a range of services such as a yoga room, phone booth rooms, open seating area, and daily social and wellness activities. The goal of this renovation was to create a space that would foster productivity, creativity, and well-being of the occupants. This innovative program truly sets Silverstein Properties apart and ZONA Glass Wall Systems was thrilled to be a part of it.

The space now boasts stunning walls made of laminated ribbed glass, implementing an impressive visual impact and refined aesthetic. This type of glass features a unique ribbed texture that creates an elegant interplay of light and shadow, adding an extra layer of dimension to the space. The laminated construction of the glass ensures high STC, that it is durable and long-lasting, making it a clear and practical choice for the high traffic amenities space.

The doors are equipped with 36” non-locking ladder pull handles, in a matte black finish, complementing the overall exquisite design of the space. Furthermore, the doors are fitted with center pivot hinges that allow for smooth and effortless operation, ensuring maximum functionality and ease of use.

The project was designed by Architecture Plus Information (A + I) and executed by JRM Construction Management LLC. ZONA Glass Wall Systems implemented an appealing solution to separate different areas and create private spaces within the open floor plan.

By installing ZONA 1, it defined individual spaces such as the phone booth rooms, while still providing an open feeling of the overall space with controlled acoustics. The tempered glass and chroma real fluted glass showcased a durable and high-quality design that will withstand daily use. Additionally, the non-locking ladder pull handles and center pivot hinges added an extra level of convenience to the doors.

The floor is infiltrated with natural light, bringing an expansive feeling throughout the space.
