Preserving the View

The Preserve at Marsh Creek is a 55+ only community for active adults in the Chester Springs area. To help fully enjoy their golden years, the interior of the clubhouse needed to be functionable, easy to use, and aesthetically pleasing. ZONA Glass Wall Systems provided the solution to help keep the spring in their step.

Two LYNX TELESCOPIC™ moveable walls are prominent in the common area of the clubhouse, allowing light to permeate the room and give full view of the pool and surrounding grounds. Perfect for being social without dealing with the weather outside.

Being 30 feet wide x 10 feet high, this is the largest installation to date, showing LYNX TELESCOPIC is customizable to any location.

The ½” single glazed tempered glass provides an elegant view of the common room and surrounding area, perfectly showcasing the beauty of the rooms within.

One special feature of this installation is the track system. This is the first instance of using side mounted encased track, powder coated white to match, making the top track almost invisible.
